Police apprehend suspects thanks to panic alarm
MORGANTOWN — State Police troopers responding to a panic alarm at a local hot spot apprehend two suspects who have now been charged with second degree robbery. Authorities have identified the two suspects as 24-year-old Justin Whetzel, of Capon Bridge, W.Va. and 31-year-old Jason Benfield of Morgantown. Police also allegedly discovered the establishment's clerk tied up inside.
