BECKLEY — In a rematch of last year’s state title game, North Marion’s girls’ basketball team again topped the Huntington Highlanders, this time 64-54 at the Big Atlantic Classic in Beckley.
Courtney Swiger led the No. 1 Huskies with 18 points. Mariah Byard finished with 17, Kelsi Wright 15 and Hailey Garrett 10.
“It was a good test for us,” North Marion head coach Mike Parrish said. “Get to see some of the top teams in the state.”
