CHARLESTON — The Class AAA girls’ state semifinals will feature a rematch of last season’s state championship game.
Up next for No. 1 North Marion is the Huntington Highlanders, the same team the Huskies beat for their first state title last season.
Huntington, the No. 4 seed, advanced to meet the Huskies by topping Martinsburg, 56-43, Thursday morning.
The Huskies know the Highlanders are going to be looking for revenge from last season, as well as gunning to knock out top-rated North Marion.
