Bees, Huskies tangle; Bears visit UHS

FAIRMONT — We’re halfway home.

The majority of West Virginia’s high school football teams are at the midpoint of the regular season — five games down, five more to go — and now must make a push for the playoffs or at least a positive finish.

That’s were Marion County’s three teams stand at the moment. Fairmont Senior (2-2) and East Fairmont (1-3) still have playoff goals, while North (0-5) will have to win out to even think of a possible postseason berth.
