North Marion boys’ basketball team kept its recent roll going at home against Big 10 foe Lincoln on Thursday night, cruising to a 70-40 victory.
The Huskies, who have won six of their past seven games, moved to 11-5 on the season.
North got off to a fast start on Thursday — the Huskies led 18-3 after one period, stretched their lead to 30 points by halftime at 44-14 and were up 63-27 after three periods.
Chase Banker led four double-figure scorers with 14 points. Cole Richards added 12, Matt Cain had 11, Cody Opron had 10 and Cameron Wilson finished with five.
Lincoln (14-3) ended the night with no players reaching double figures in points. Cody Carpenter led the way with eight.
North hosts Fairmont Senior on Saturday night.
