Brian Keith Price, 55, of Grant Town, died Monday (Jan. 14, 2013) at his residence.
He was born June 1, 1957 in Washington, D.C., a son of Orpha Louise Price of Grafton and the late Numan Keith Price.
Brian was employed with GEO Properties in Fairmont for 17 years and also a self-employed contractor with Sunset Roofing and Siding. He was a good carpenter and handyman who liked hunting and fishing and loved his dogs.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Brenda Lee Jones Price, whom he married May 4, 1983; three daughters, Lisa Marie Carnes and husband Anson of Fairmont, Loera Lea Price of Fairmont, and Melinda Louise Price of Evansville, Ind.; a stepson, John Junior Jones of Fairmont; a sister and brother-in-law, Carmen and Jerry Richman of Grafton; and five grandchildren, Brianna Marie and Austin Chase Price, and Justin, Mary and Marissa Mayhugh.
He was also preceded in death by his grandparents.
Friends may call at Hutson Funeral Home in Farmington from 5-9 p.m. Thursday, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. Interment will be in the IOOF Cemetery at Farmington.
