Tonya Lou Minico

Tonya Lou Minico, 49, of 45 Fall Fish Drive, Cabins, passed away Friday (July 20, 2012) at her residence.

She was the daughter of Rhuann (Harter) Cabral of Cabins and the fiancee of Tony Miller Jr., also of Cabins.

Ms. Minico was born in Fairmont where she attended school, graduating from Fairmont Senior High School in 1981. She was employed at Fairmont General Hospital where she retired from in 2004. Tonya enjoyed spending time on the river, boating and Jet Skiing. She had a deep love for animals, especially her dogs. She was Catholic in faith.

In addition to her mother and fiance, she is survived by one brother, Jim Watson of Mannington; one stepbrother, Jay Juker and fiancee Michelle Mallow of Cabins; and her step-grandmother, Josephine Juker of Cabins.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Greg Watson; and her stepfather, John Benjamin Juker.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today at Basagic Funeral Home in Petersburg. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel of Basagic Funeral Home with Pastor Craig Howard officiating. Graveside services will follow at South Branch Valley Memorial Gardens in Petersburg.
