Clark William “Danny” Artice Jr.

Clark William “Danny” Artice Jr., 65, of Westover, died Friday (Oct. 12, 2012), at Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown.

Born Aug. 25, 1947, in Friendsville, Md., he was the son of the late Clark William Artice Sr, and Audrey Mae (Gibbs) Artice.

He was a coal mine foreman.

Surviving are his wife, Kathleen Theresa (Berkey) Artice; two sons, Michael Clark Artice and wife Katie and Christopher Scott Artice, all of Westover; five brothers, Terry Artice and wife Clara Mae, Oakland, Md., James Artice and wife Judy, Toney Artice and wife Bonnie and Walter Artice, all of Friendsville, and Ronnie Artice and companion Kathy Fazenbaker, Grantsville, Md.; one sister, Christine Artice and companion Raymond Metheny, Friendsville, Md.; and four grandchildren, Brynn Orlowski and companion Jesse Veldhaus, Andrew Meyer, Daniel Artice McCoy and Jesse Meyer.

Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 943 Second Ave., Friendsville, Md.
