Emmajean M. Wolfe, born Oct. 28, 1960, went to meet her maker Sunday (March 10, 2013) in Midland, Texas.
Emmajean was born and raised a coal miner’s daughter in the beautiful hills of West Virginia.
She leaves behind the love of her life, whom she dated all through school and married, Theadore A. Wolfe. Together, they had four wonderful children, Christopher A. Wolfe, Jamie Wolfe, Cassidy Wilson and Misty Alford.
After getting married, the couple spent most of their lives in Artesia, N.M.
Emmajean has 10 grandchildren who were the greatest joys of her life: Christopher, Courtney, Evie, Justin, Brittany, Zane, Brooke, Gage, Sadie and Jonathon.
Also surviving are her father, Earnest Longwell; mother, Janice Bishop; stepfather, Austin Bishop; one brother, John Longwell; two sisters, Donna Little/Riggs and Texa Boyce; and many nieces and nephews.
Her wishes were to be cremated and wait for her beloved husband’s death so they could be together in one coffin.
She was met in heaven by her oldest brother, Earnest Longwell Jr., and brother-in-law, Matt Little.
She will be greatly missed.
A memory service will be held at Longwell Cemetery at a future date. Family and friends will be notified.
