Zelpha Williams

Zelpha Williams, 70, passed away Tuesday (July 24, 2012) at her home in Weston.

She was born May 10, 1942 in Seven Pines, Mannington, a daughter of the late Harley Sherman and Olive Ullom Cain.

She is survived by one son, Anthony Dacre; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Harley and Marie Cain of Mannington, and Roger and Helen Cain of Paradise, Calif.; one sister and brother-in-law, Leona and Jack Lemley of Metz; three sisters, Lorettra Orr of Tyler, Texas, Zetra Bowen of Purvis, Miss., and Wyonne Francis of Buckhannon; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Zelpha was preceded in death by her son, Johnny Randall; her first husband, Joseph Dacre of Baltimore, Md.; her second husband, Arthur Williams of Richmond, Va.; two brothers, Denver Cain of Burtonsville, Md., and Darrell Cain of Mannington; three brothers-in-law, Arnold Orr of Tyler, Texas, Kenneth Bowen of Purvis, Miss., and William Francis of Mitchellville, Md.; and one niece, Arlene Orr Dulin of Midland, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Mannington, with Pastor Roger Cain of Paradise, Calif., officiating. Mrs. Williams’ casket will remain closed for the funeral service. Burial will follow at Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery.
