Polar Bear, Husky matmen post wins
MORGANTOWN — Fairmont Senior’s wrestling team went 1-2 in a triangular match with Northern Garrett, Md. and University.
The Polar Bears defeated Northern Garrett (48-30) and lost to University (47-24).
Tre Tossone (135) was the only Polar Bear to win both of his matches. Austin Patterson (103), Joe Shaw (119), Jaime Allard (145), Anthony Seccure (152), Drew Cameon (189), Devonte Cook (215), Matt Jackson (285), Eric Annon (130) and Isaac Morgan (171) all won one match each.

North sweeps NCAC triangular
North Marion’s wrestling team defeated both Morgantown (50-18) and Buckhannon (41-23).
Brooks Russell, Trent Fancher, Ryan Hinerman, Chad Efaw, Matt Tennant, Storm Barker and Wesley Wheeler all won both their matches.
Andrew Stanley and Aaron Jones both picked up one win each for the Huskies.
