FAIRMONT —
Three Marion County individuals were among five locally in the Clarksburg Division who had supervised release revoked in January for violating terms and conditions imposed by the U.S. District Court.
Antonio Cottingham, 26, of Fairmont, was sentenced to 21 months’ imprisonment for a charge and arrest in Marion County for conspiracy to commit a felony (delivery of crack cocaine).
He was originally sentenced May 16, 2007, to 70 months’ imprisonment and three years of supervised release for the distribution of crack cocaine and again on May 20, 2011, to eight months’ imprisonment and three years of supervised release for escape from custody.
