FAIRMONT —
William Horton Jr. was supposed to have been sentenced Tuesday morning for his guilty plea to four remaining charges from a 2010 robbery that turned deadly.
But that didn’t happen.
He was supposed to have been transported from Huttonsville Correctional Center just below Elkins to be at the Marion County Courthouse by 9 a.m.
But that didn’t happen, either.
Instead, the transport order that had been filed in December 2012 with the high-medium to low-maximum security center didn’t make it to the schedule.
