FAIRMONT —
Principal Chad Norman greets students as they come and go from the cafeteria at Fairmont Senior High School during lunch break.
The students are well behaved, courteous and able to offer a few quick comments about their principal.
“Mr. Norman sets a good example, a good leader — fair, firm and consistent,” said Alex Joseph, a senior.
Norman asks Jamie Allard, a senior, about what being a FSHS student is all about.
“Leadership, academics, athletics and music — setting high goals that Mr. Norman pushes us to succeed,” Allard said.
Lauren Sansalone, a senior, said Norman makes the high school experience enjoyable.
“I thought high school was going to be scary, but Mr. Norman has really welcomed me and made this place not only a good environment for me, but for all the students.”
