FAIRMONT — A Baltimore Avenue business was damaged by fire last Thursday night.
Fairmont firefighters were called to a structure fire at Wilson’s Detailing Specialists just after 10:30 p.m.
Fire and smoke was visible coming through the roof and the Maple Avenue side of the building as firefighters worked quickly to get it under control.
The business owners were quickly on the scene and expressed hope that most of the damage could be contained to the top of the structure. Firefighters, though, were still on the scene as the Times West Virginian went to press.
“Maybe it’s going to be rebuildable and we can get that taken care of,” Joyce Wilson said.
