The Fairmont Police Department made a second arrest in a copper-theft case Thursday.
Christopher Wade Pisino, 30, of 112 Cochran St., Fairmont, was charged with breaking and entering, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony.
According to criminal complaints, on Feb. 11 Pisino broke into a Davis Electric Facility on Mound Avenue along with Gerald Williams, who was arrested by Fairmont police earlier in the month, and stole copper wiring valued at more than $1,000.
