FAIRMONT — Three Marion County schools have a reason to celebrate.
Fairmont Senior High, East Dale Elementary and Fairview Elementary were recently named Exemplary Schools by the West Virginia Department of Education. Administrators from all three attended an awards dinner in Charleston last week.
Principals at the three schools couldn’t be happier.
FSHS principal Chad Norman said he’s thrilled for the students and the school’s master teachers. This is the fifth year in a row FSHS has won the distinction.
