FAIRMONT —
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department and Fairmont Police Department made arrests Thursday for drug and sexual assault charges.
Terry James Shaver, 35, of Fairmont, was arrested by Fairmont police on charges of distribution of marijuana and third-degree sexual assault.
According to the complaint, Shaver had a 15-year-old boy over at his residence to watch a movie before producing a “bowl” and filling it with marijuana. Shaver allegedly had the boy join in.
After the boy lay down, Shaver reportedly engaged in sex acts with him.
