CLARKSBURG —
After Chick-fil-A’s CEO came out and look a stance against gay marriage, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee created a Facebook page called ‘Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day.’ Huckabee told those who support Chick-fil-A to come out and show their appreciation on Wednesday.
The Chick-fil-A on Emily Drive in Clarksburg had a constant swarm of people all day starting at 8 a.m. Around noon, 20 cars were lined up for their drive-thru with the parking lot filled.
Some knew why the restaurant was extremely busy but others turned away at the sight of the long lines and not knowing why there were so many people.
