Indiana man charged with car theft

FAIRMONT — Following a routine traffic stop, the Marion County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man believed to have stolen a car from Indiana.

James Logan Wilson, 23, of 1920 Onley Street, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested Saturday and charged with receiving and transferring stolen property from out of state.

According to the criminal complaint, deputies observed the vehicle, a VW Jetta bearing Indiana registration, traveling south on I-79 near the 132 mile marker and driving erratically, repeatedly crossing over the white fog line.
