FAIRMONT —
For the fourth time since she was indicted in June for the first-degree murder of her father, Kristyn Palmer has a new trial date.
She will go to trial some time during the February 2013 term of circuit court, any time from early February to late May.
Her trials had previously been scheduled for July 18 and Sept. 24, 2012, and Jan. 7, 2013.
Palmer is charged with the premeditated shooting death of her father, Everett Earl “Eddie” Wilson, in December 2011. She was arrested and indicted in June 2012.
Her husband, Michael Ian Palmer, is also charged with the same offense and is set to stand trial, separately, in late January 2013.
