As the election draws closer and closer, billboards, yards and roadsides across the country get more and more colorful from the political signs that have popped up.
From the national race down to the city council, people like to express their support and build name recognition for their favored candidates by putting signs on their own property or out along the public roadways.
Others, unfortunately, like to support their candidates by removing signs cheering on the opposition. With the election close at hand, more signs have reportedly been disappearing.
Andrew Sabak, chair of the Marion County Republican Party, said that he’s been getting complaints from some of the candidates that their signs have been disappearing.
“All the signs in front of my office were taken,” he said, “and I get scattered reports from everybody around around the county.”

Hearing set for murder suspects
