Looking at your utility bill and trying to decipher it can seem like a nightmare.
With a few easy explanations, you will know what you’re paying for.
Todd Meyers, spokesman for MonPower, says it provides a bill format with an explanation of it on the website, www.firstenergycorp.com.
“It will explain each part of the bill,” Meyers said.
The customer’s account information can be found at the top of the bill. This includes the amount that needs to be paid, the billing period and when it is due.
