FAIRMONT —
A 3-year-old boy reported missing from his Odells Knob-area home Wednesday evening was found later that night, a happy ending to a potentially very tragic story.
“That was a prayer that was answered,” said Marion County Sheriff Joe Carpenter. “That could have turned out bad.”
According to a dispatcher with the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, his family called 911 at around 5 p.m. to say Harry Martin hadn’t been seen for about 30 minutes, or since around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, the dispatcher said.
He was reportedly with a couple of the family dogs, breeds unknown.
