FAIRMONT —
With just three days left in the filing period, there is at least one candidate per district in the city council race.
Wednesday, Travis L. Blosser filed to run in the city’s 2nd District, City Clerk Janet Keller said.
In the May primary election, Blosser ran for one of two seats on the Marion County Board of Education, but was unsuccessful.
Seats in the city’s 2nd, 4th, 6th and 7th districts are all on the ballot.
At this point, Blosser is the only candidate filed for the 2nd District.
