FAIRMONT — The recent elimination of Marion County’s human resources department has resulted in more duties and a raise for the county administrator.

Following a 10-minute executive session to discuss personnel matters Wednesday, the three commissioners announced that they would be boosting county administrator Kris Cinalli’s annual salary by $10,000 to take on the duties left by former human resources director Rick Humphreys.
