RIVESVILLE —
“I try to give them something the kids will like,” Norman Malson said.
Malson, who serves as chairman of the Shepherd’s Love Food Pantry in Rivesville, says that the pantry is making a difference for dozens of families in the area.
Shepherd’s Love is supported by four area churches: Rivesville United Methodist Church (where the pantry is housed), Highlawns United Methodist Church, Wesley Chapel and McCurdysville United Methodist Church.
Every month, the board members gather at the church, and they put together boxes full of food for the families the pantry supports.
“We try to make a real nice basket, and I think we really do,” Malson said.
