FAIRMONT —
The Ruth Ann Musick Library has been making sure Fairmont State University and Pierpont Community & Technical College students have something to eat for a long time now.
Recently, officials took it a step further.
“The Nest” is one of Marion County’s newest food pantries, and the Times West Virginian is collecting food in its annual Gift of Love food drive to support the pantry in its first year.
“We need everything,” said Thelma Hutchins, director of Library Services and Nest coordinator.
Hutchins said the library has noticed and taken care of hungry students for quite some time.
