The Marion County Sheriff’s Department made three arrests Tuesday on drug-related charges.
Tuesday evening, deputies arrested Richard Jules, 31, of 204 Eighth St., Fairmont, on charges of possession with intent to deliver Percocet, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and delivery of both Percocet pills and marijuana.
Deputies were investigating alleged drug sales at Jules’ residence and over the course of time cultivated confidential informants, who according to criminal complaints purchased Percocet pills and marijuana from Jules using marked money.
Percocet is a prescription painkiller and a Schedule II narcotic.
