FAIRMONT — A 26-year-old man who allegedly broke into a Farmington home over the summer and performed an act of bestiality with the resident’s dog pleaded guilty to felony charges in Marion County Circuit Court Wednesday.
Mannington resident Christopher Adam Bagwell was formally charged with nighttime burglary and felony animal cruelty for the July 13 incident. Marion Assistant Prosecutor Jeff Freeman said Bagwell, who was indicted in October, pleaded guilty to the animal-cruelty charge before Judge David R. Janes Wednesday and is awaiting sentencing.
