FAIRMONT —
The Mannington District Fair will start Monday and continue through Saturday.
On Monday, there will be a grand parade at 6 p.m. in downtown Mannington. Vickie Brescoach, parade marshal, said the parade will start on Main Street and end at the fairgrounds. All are welcome to watch the parade, which will feature local businesses, fire departments and other Mannington extras.
Brescoach said there will also be several floats, as well as the North Marion High School cheerleaders and football team.
Throughout the week the fair will open at 10 a.m. and close at midnight.
