WHITE HALL —
Businesses, residents and White Hall officials continue to discuss an ordinance that would raise the municipal fee.
During a meeting Wednesday, town officials listened to businesses and residents as they suggested different ideas on how to approach the increase.
On Jan. 28, during a council meeting, council decided to table the ordinance because businesses in White Hall showed their concern. A committee was formed to come up with a plan to suggest to council.
On the committee are Mayor Jesse Corley, council members Arley Hayhurst and Chad Corley, residents Rosemary Phillips and Steve Perrotti, attorney Bill Homes, and business representatives Sally Niezgoda, Gene Wright and Casey Stickley.
