A goal without a plan is just a wish.
The City of Pleasant Valley is working on both its goals and plans for its next 10 years of anticipated growth, but it needs help to get there. The city is still looking for citizens to join its Planning Commission and work on Pleasant Valley’s comprehensive plan.
“We really need people to be involved in our community and ... to tell us what their needs are,” said Mayor Barbara Metcalfe.
The comprehensive plan, she said, functions as a “blueprint” of the city’s priorities and principles for growth over the next several years, and the city wants people be involved.
