Lester “Leck” Regillo has lived in Mannington his entire life and served in World War II. It was during the war that one of his most memorable experiences happened: He helped save the life of a fellow soldier, Arch Moore, who later served as governor of West Virginia. Regillo is this week’s “Everyday Hero.”
