Drivers work to recover an Oakley truck, which was delivering sand to be shipped from the CSX rail yard in Fairmont but was led by GPS to a hill too steep to safely descend. Fairmont has seen more heavy cargo traffic in recent months because of the natural gas development in the region, which creates an increased chance of traffic delays or accidents as well as economic growth for the city.
