During a brief hearing Monday afternoon, Marion Chief Judge David R. Janes moved a murder trial for Donnell D. Lee to the June term of court. Prosecutor Patrick N. Wilson (at left in the foreground) did not object. Lee (second from left) and his legal team, Yolanda Lambert and Sherman L. Lambert Sr. of Shepherdstown, want to check a new claim that two individuals can place Lee at the scene of the fatal shooting of Derrick Osborne last Memorial Day.
