Certified executive chef Brian Floyd, director of the culinary arts program at Fairmont State’s Pierpont Community & Technical College, helps student Kari Saunders finish a plate. Floyd’s newest project is a student-run bistro in downtown Fairmont. A survey to determine the feasibility of the project is currently being conducted.
