WVU President Mike Garrison (left) and California businessman Ming Hsieh share a laugh in the university’s newest hall. Ming Hsieh Hall was built with a multi-million dollar gift from Hsieh, his company and family foundation. The building is outfitted for the university’s forensic science program.
